Refund policy
You will need an RMA number in order to receive a full refund, so you must contact us beforehand. Buyer pays for return shipping.
What's not returnable:
- Opened or Damaged Packages
- Truck Freight items
- Special order items
- Powder Coated / Custom / Painted Products
- Tuning
- Programmers and Related
- Products containing electrical components.
- Emissions Defeating electronics or equipment (No Exceptions)
Returns Procedure:
- Contact us
- Request an RMA for the item you wish to return.
- Prepare your package in original packaging, with all parts, pieces and paperwork that were included when delivered.
- Return your item via your preferred shipping provider.
- Once received, Havoc Performance will inspect your item and issue a refund according to our refund & restocking fee schedule
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns unless store credit is requested. Returns after 60 days will be in store credit only.
Items that will have shipping and handling fees unless noted:
- Lift Kits
- Transmissions
- Intercoolers and Radiators
- Items weighing over 99 lbs.
Shipping and Processing Times
Most shipments arrive within a week after build time, depending on your location. If you would like to track your order, please log in to your account for any available tracking numbers or check your email for updates.
We use UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service to ship our products. We try to process all orders the same business day, with the exception of holidays and weekends, but processing times can vary due to circumstances, so please allow 24-48 hours for processing, or longer for special order items. We reserve the right to alternate between carriers at our discretion. Some shipments may require truck freight due to weight and appropriate charges will apply
